BASS.NET is an API implementation (BASS wrapper for .Net) to be used with the Microsoft .NET Framework - there are seperate version available for .Net v1.1 (and VS2003) and .Net v2.0 (VS2005). The API can be used with any .NET language, like C#, Visual Basic, JScript or managed C++. It is based on managed C# code. The API will support all BASS add-ons. The goal was to implement the API as close as possible to the original C/C++ API. However, some changes had been made in order to be .NET compliant and to offer you a little bit more convenience.
